Your Team Responsibilities

Production Team

  • Generate action plan.

    -The action plan is vital. It will be the definitive guide for the next event or events, defining the number of staff required, schedules for each work team, as well as the vehicles involved in the operation.

  • Audiovisual Systems Editor.

    -The AV editor degree requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Sound Systems Editor.

    -The degree of assembler of Sound Systems requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Lighting Systems Assembler.

    -The degree of assembler of Lighting Systems requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Assembler Structures & Scenarios.

  • Vehicle driver up to 3500kg.

    -Every person with a B1 driving license is legally fit to drive these vehicles following the following company guidelines:

Structural Team

    -After each event, upload the photos to the "Events Gallery", select the photos that are used for the "Soul Experiences", label them, write the text in Spanish (if there are no references, consult the event managers) and pass to the translation team the text to review or to translate in full. Then post it on the website.

  • Labeling & Image selection.

    -After each event the Photos are downloaded in “Events Gallery” and the best ones are labeled (The photos that are labeled must be duplicated to leave a version without a logo for another type of use). In the case of very relevant photos, communicate them to management for their approval and making available to the different sales & communication channels of the company.

  • 3d design

    -Confection of navigable 3D maps.

  • Annual advertising gifts.

    -We annually select some type of product or promotional gift. Be creative!

  • Buy Office Supplies.

    -Generate a list with the missing material.

  • Selection and control assistant for structural suppliers.

    -Structural providers are considered to be all providers NOT linked to a specific event, we can cite as an example providers of telephony, labor advice, tax advice, legal advice, insurers, transport companies, office supplies, amenities supplies, workshops mechanical etc.

  • Assistant Trainer.
