From the beginning of the company, serving on the different teams of the company has been the value it has brought.
As head of the Management team, he works to keep aligned the objectives set with the market variations and the vanguard in service to clients and colleagues.
Their sales capabilities help win battles on complex terrain and lead the company to exciting new challenges.
The technical world is his passion and he shows it with the will to improve the team's work event by event. Being different, taking care of detail, serving customers, adding value with each luminaire installed, with each cable correctly placed is part of your day to day.
Design is another of the tasks it performs, reflecting the work of our team in the presentations, images and texts that are communicated to clients.

Your Team Responsibilities

Management Team

  • Set annual goals.

    -In November of the current year, a series of objectives for the next year should be established based on the data obtained from the current year and supported by commercial strategies, as well as the analysis of the global context.

  • Direct the different teams towards the achievement of the annual objectives.

    -During the year, the different work teams should be directed and supported, as well as the necessary guidelines to be given to fulfill the company's objectives and vision.

  • Control the execution of tasks and projects of the different teams

    -Based on tools such as the Trello or the annual calendar, the correct execution of tasks and projects must be ensured. Face-to-face or virtual control has been shown to be vital for the team to work in a correct and coordinated manner and thus achieve the objective within the stipulated deadlines.

  • Approve the annual accounts.

    -The law requires the approval by the management of the publication of the company's accounts. In the general meeting, the accounts proposed by the company's manager are approved.

  • Financial forecasts of the company

    -Based on the context, objectives and current charges. Financial forecasts should be analyzed, as well as event control, monthly and annual.

  • Approve business strategies

    -The managers of the sales team must present the sales strategy for the year and the management must approve said strategy. Providing new details and ideas, as well as posing different scenarios throughout the year and being able to implement concrete, specific and necessary strategies.

  • Approve production strategies

    -The strategies presented by the production management will be studied by the management team and will be approved, postponed or filed as determined.

  • Approve structural strategies

    -The various managers of the structural team will present their strategies based on the development of each activity and the planned annual calendars.

  • Approve Annual Calendars (Training, Design & Development, Commercial)

    -Once generated, the management team must approve the annual calendars. They must be delivered in early December.

  • Approve structural suppliers

    -The team entrusted to this task must present the annual update. This update must be approved by the management team, at the same time, new attached suppliers must be approved outside the standard calendar due to improvement or necessity.

  • Approve providers for events

    -The team entrusted to this task must present the new incorporation proposals in view of the specific need for updating the current suppliers.

  • Approve training plans for the different teams

    -The responsible teams must present the updated training plans annually for approval. The job of the management team is to claim these plans from the rest of the members.

  • PDP (Professional Development Program)

    -The management team is in charge of the PDP, which is reflected in the “Staff” section and especially in the private area of each team member.

Commercial team

  • Generate annual sales targets

    -In December of the current year, an objective for the next year should be established based on the data obtained from the current year and supported by the calendar of commercial strategies in general.

  • Generate trading strategies for large accounts

    -In November of the current year, a series of business strategies should be proposed for the next year based on the direction and general objective of the company.

  • Generate business strategies for specific projects.

    -Each project and each client presents special details and particularities, with which the analysis of each file is vital to achieve a commercial victory and adequate up selling.

  • Generate continuous training plan

    -Training is the way to excellence for our team. Our sales force must strengthen its capabilities in the following aspects:

  • File management

    -This section is vital for the success of our events. It covers from the sale to the production and closure of our projects, with which we list the main points that will be extended in the "Project Management Manual" of SOUL Events.

  • Coordination of events

    -Your task is to make all the pieces fit on the day of the event and that everything flows naturally and smoothly. This task is explained in the "Project Management Manual"

Production Team

  • Audiovisual Systems Editor

    -The AV editor degree requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Sound Systems Assembler

    -The degree of assembler of Sound Systems requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Mounting Lighting Systems

    -The degree of assembler of Lighting Systems requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Assembler Structures & Scenarios.

    -The degree of assembler of Structures & Scenarios requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Driver vehicles up to 3500kg

    -Every person with a B1 driving license is legally fit to drive these vehicles following the following company guidelines:

  • Technical support

    -The technical manager of an event is the person in charge of it, who has the following obligations:

  • Audiovisual Systems Technician.

    -The Audiovisual Systems Technician degree requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Sound Systems Technician

    -The degree of Sound Systems Technician requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

  • Lighting Systems Technician

    -The Lighting Systems Technician degree requires that you perfectly handle the following knowledge:

Structural Team

  • Finance

    -Based on the context, objectives and current charges. Financial forecasts must be analyzed and completed, as well as monthly and annual event control.

  • Mkt - Web Update

    -Maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the web.

  • Mkt - Design Dossiers

    -Create "Base" designs where to generate the different types of communication.
